1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

WELCOME TO SRAZU!COM. SRAZU!COM provides its service to you subject to
the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). These TOS for SRAZU!COM
Services ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an
individual) and SRAZU!COM ("we", "us", or "our") and its suppliers and
licensors for the SRAZU!COM Internet Subscription Services
("Services").

You may only receive the Services if you are a Service subscriber in
good standing with a valid, authorized credit card, or if you are in
the trial period of the Services. By clicking on the "Accept" button
or otherwise using or accepting the Services, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this Agreement.

2. LICENSE

SRAZU!COM grants you a license to view premium high speed subscribed
channels for your private, non-commercial use. You may not use your
subscription from more than one computer at the same time. If
detected, your account will lock until you login again. You may not,
under any circumstances, distribute Content to third parties, or
broadcast or perform the Content outside your normal circle of family
and social acquaintances.

3. PAYMENTS

SRAZU!COM is a subscription service, which is billed monthly. Our
subscription offering is currently available starting at 17.95 USD per
month for access to high speed channels from anywhere you can access
the Internet. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at
any time. You may cancel the Services at any time, but SRAZU!COM will not refund any
remaining portion of your subscription fees, including any minimum
commitments, already billed to your account. You agree to provide
SRAZU!COM with a valid credit card and accurate, complete and updated
information required by the subscription registration form. Failure to
comply may result in the immediate termination of Services.

4. RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel the SRAZU!COM Services at any time by emailing
domchicago@gmail.com. A confirmation email will be sent to you. You will
not receive any refund or partial refund for any charges already
billed to your account. In the event you signed up for a minimum
commitment period, you will be responsible for all charges for the
entire minimum commitment period. You may cancel the services by
emailing us at domchicago@gmail.com

5. CHARGEBACKS

We take chargebacks very seriously because they affect our standing
with our merchant processor. As a result, should you break the terms
of use and issue an illegal chargeback against us through your credit
card company, we will seek compensation through an authorized
collection agency. It is important to note that this can have
long-lasting effects on your credit score, so we urge you to resolve
any conflicts with us directly and be aware of our cancellation and
refund policy before you commit to any subscriptions or sponsorships
to our websites.

6. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing
the Service's registration process. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are
fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or
account. You agree to (a) immediately notify SRAZU!COM of any
unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of
security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of
each session. SRAZU!COM cannot and will not be liable for any loss or
damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

7. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold SRAZU!COM and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the
Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or
your violation of any rights of another.

8. NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or
exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use
of the Service, or access to the Service.

9. NO TAMPERING

You agree not to tamper with the proper functioning and tracking of
the Web Site. Emulating or "faking" usage will lead to termination of
Your account and may lead to legal action.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information you provide to SRAZU!COM is governed by the
privacy policy at http://www.srazu.com/privacy.php
